Mark graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in public health with an emphasis in Health Promotion. In 2021 Mark left his full-time job to run Alpha full time
competition
Mark competes regularly in Jiu Jitsu and is a former amateur MMA fighter.
Roles
Mark is the head kids instructor and teaches adult classes as well. Mark hopes to provide a fun and safe environment for his students so they can confidently train and grow their skill set.
