Mixed Kick is one of the most popular classes at Hart Jiu Jitsu — and a perfect complement to your BJJ training, or a great standalone program if you're looking for a high-energy workout that teaches you something real.

Every class follows a structured format designed to build skill while keeping your heart rate up. Here's what a typical session looks like:
